The Local Food Network is now seeking food businesses to take the next step on their culinary journey by joining us as members of our kitchen.

Mission

To open a community-supported incubator space where chefs and bakers can actualize their culinary dreams of owning a small business and taking their products to the commercial level

Vision

Nourish & Flourish wants members to consider the warm and nurturing community kitchen as their professional home and a foundation for them to grow their businesses. Each member will be required to meet defined requirements for membership, including but not limited to business licenses, health department certification, and a willingness to follow kitchen rules. Scholarships will be available and may include defraying the costs of some of the requirements for membership.

Membership Costs & Benefits

  • Standard monthly rent - $650

  • Flagship members will help direct the structure of the kitchen

  • Full and partial scholarships will be available

  • 24x7 access to kitchen. 

  • Up to 80 hours a month booked time in kitchen

  • Dry, refrigerator, and freezer storage

  • Discounted rate for event space includes:

    •  

      Grab n Go 

    •  Pop Up

    • Private Dinner Parties

  • Retail sales space to allow members to sell their products directly

  • Connection to local retail distributors for member product distribution

  • Classes on small business

  • Chef Intern program

  • Assistance with applying to programs such as Home Feeds Nevada and Made in Nevada for additional sales and marketing opportunities

Nourish and Flourish has partnered with Mama Val,  of “The Italian Hearts,” with ten years of commercial kitchen experience, to create the environment necessary to support our members.
